Ask an information expert is a CPA Library service that assists CPA Australia members with research enquiries.

Before you ask . . .

We recommend that you consult the following:

• CPA Library’s Online resources including newspapers, journals and e-books from leading authors and publishers.
• CPA library database

About the service

To request assistance with your research, submit your enquiry via the online enquiry form.

All requests submitted via the online enquiry form will be attended to during business hours (AEST) and we look to fulfil these requests within one working day.

We can:

• provide you with relevant sources of information
• give guidance on how to search the library’s online resources

We cannot:

• undertake urgent requests
• provide answers to technical questions
• conduct extensive research for members - a research service is available for a fee, contact cpalibrary@cpaaustralia.com.au
• provide research for school and university assignments
• accept requests for material - reservations for library items can be made through the library search facility
