Joining a CPA Australia committee can build your knowledge, skills and networks.
CPA Australia has four Centres of Excellence (CoE) comprised of members with special expertise in core areas.
The CoEs provide thought leadership, highlight and explore issues and trends likely to affect members and the profession, and support CPA Australia in developing and shaping policy on these issues.
The four CoEs cover:
- Environmental, social and governance Centre of Excellence – integrated reporting, governance, sustainability and other non-financial reporting issues
- External reporting Centre of Excellence – external reporting, auditing and ethics issues
- Retirement savings Centre of Excellence – superannuation, financial planning and investment issues
- Taxation Centre of Excellence – tax design, policy, law and administration issues
CPA Australia will continue to consult with members on issues outside of the four CoE areas through mechanisms such as taskforces.
