CPA Australia recognises that many employers maintain a strong commitment to learning and development, supporting the professional development of their staff by identifying, providing, monitoring and re-assessing staff development needs. The Recognised Employer Program supports employers to demonstrate this commitment through an application, assessment and recognition process. Subject to a successful application employers are welcomed into the program at one of two distinct levels of partnership.
Employers at this level of partnership have demonstrated a strong level of commitment to support learning and development for accounting and finance professionals undertaking their initial professional development and practical experience.
